How do I add to the shopping cart?
Next to each product image is a box titled "add to cart" which allows you to click to add items to your basket. You can also choose how many items of each productyou want.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu. Your items will be listed in your basket.

How do I get to the checkout?
Just click on the "Checkout" button on the top menu or alternatively at the bottom of your shopping cart is a checkout button. This will take you to our secure checkout facility for shipping and payment details.

You can remove or change the quantity of selected items once in your shopping cart view.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
Dainty Belle uses Australia post and Fastway Courier to ship our goods. Standard Post with Australia Post can take between 3 to 6 working days to get your goods to you so we strongly suggest using Fastway Courier so that you can get your hands on your goodies ASAP. Also bear in mind to have your parcel delivered to an address where somene can receive it (not a P O Box Address and someone has to sign for it). If its to a business address, remember to include your company's name, department or level where you work.
In your shopping cart, our "calculate shipping" button will allow you to enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

How do I know my order has been received?
On placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you specified.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu.

My order never arrived
It can be anxious waiting for your precious order to arrive. As a general rule of thumb, it takes 3 to 6 business days for Standard Post and between 1 to 3 business days for Express Post. As for Fastway Courier, it is next day delivery if you place your order before 10am on the day you placed your order*. Here are a few ways to help you

We dispatched your order from the date sent not the date order was placed, so make sure you count the days from the dispatch date. Note that business day means Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.

Eg if you placed an order on Friday, the order won't get to you till Tuesday or Wednesday on Fastway Courier depending on location. And if its a country location, it will take up to seven working days.

Try and check with your local post office or mail centre as sometimes the posties forget to leave a card to tell you to pick the parcel up.

If you have sent it to work, check with your colleagues and the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel

Check your order tracking to make sure you have given us the right shipping address

*Fastway Courier next day delivery only delivers to major Metropolitan cities (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra) in Australia. For other locations, Dainty Belle will get your products to you as soon as possible.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Goods damaged in transit.
Here at Dainty Belle, we do our best to make sure your goods arrive in good condition. Dainty Belle will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for - confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email. With particular respect to items that arrived broken or damaged, damage must be advised within 24 hours . Under no circumstances will refunds will be given for notification after this period. PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. We will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period after receipt of goods has lapsed.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account when you place your first order with Dainty Belle or alternatively click on the "Members" link on the side column of the online store. It will take you to a secure page to enter your new account details. Once you have created your account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.

On the edit page of your account, found via the "Members" box, there is a prompt called "Forgotten your password? Click here. Your password will be emailed directly to you.

Do you ship to my country?
Besides delivering nationwide Australia (currently free shipping), we are now able to send overseas. You can check how much shipping will cost at any time - just add the products you want to purchase into your Shopping Cart, then enter the delivery destination into the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart area. If your country is not on the list below, please email us service@daintybelle.com.au with the products you like and your shipping info so we can give you a quote on postage to your country.

If you love Australian natural and organic beauty products as much as we do, it may be a good idea to pool your purchases with your friends as it is more cost efficient to send.
Also, regarding custom fees, some countries (eg UK) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas.
